At that point, Dawnguard no longer cares and you can then be a vampire working with the Dawnguard. For a "good" vampire, it is recommended that you refuse from Harkon's offer wait until Serana offers to turn you during the story. You can ask Serana to turn you in to vampire lord later in the game.
On the Dawnguard bit, I mean Isran made it very clear that he doesn't want Vamps into his club, Serana is the exception. I don't really see why you would need a mod to do that. If no mod exsits I am wondering if I can do a mod that will work with a Vampire or possibly a Vampire Lord and turn you into a good guy Half Vampire who can join The Dawnguard and they acknowledge what you are and are here to help. Before anyone asks or says "Google is your friend" or "Use the search bar" I have used both of these and nothing has really come up.
